E2E Sports believes in protecting the privacy of your personal information and
data. Personal data, submitted to or gathered by E2E Sports, via Umpire Center or
any other E2E Sports product is not shared with any thirds parties. Aggregate
usage and traffic statistics may be used by E2E Sports for performance and
sales analysis and may be shared with Umpire Center customer organizations for
usage and traffic reporting purposes. No personal information is included in
such reports.
Any data acquired during user registration, or while logged in, is the
responsibility and ownership of the client organization that is licensing the
Umpire Center service for the user’s account (i.e. the club, league or governing
body associated with a particular user’s account). E2E Sports, as the storage,
transmission and processing agent for the client organization’s data, will not
share such data with any additional third parties. Client organizations are to
make accessible their own privacy policies at the time of user registration,
and throughout a user’s active account session.
E2E Sports takes precautions to protect your personal information from
unauthorized access.
How E2E Sports uses your personal information
E2E Sports occasionally requests personal information such as your name,
address, email or phone number. This information is used to better serve you in
our response to your requests for demonstrations, release notifications, sales
information or general inquiries. We will not share this personal information
with any third party except where required to fulfill your request.
Cookies
Umpire Center makes use of data files placed on your computer, called cookies,
that allow us to identify you when you return to Umpire Center. We use cookies
solely to improve on your user experience while using Umpire Center. For example,
once you have logged in, we will be able to identify you upon return visits and
allow you to skip the log in process and go directly to your account page.
